TSSECC are able to supply fabricated pipe spools for on-site installation in sizes ranging from 15mm to 915mm dia in a diverse range of materials. TSSECC are used to working to the highest quality standards across various industries including petrochem, chemical and gas. Complete traceability throughout the entire fabrication process is the norm, although not an absolute requirement for certain clients.

Across our organisation, the highest standards are expected at all times from ourselves and our entire supply chain. Piping packages can be supplied fully fabricated, with welding carried out to the latest standards (with procedures to ASME, BS & Gas Board P1 or P2). TSSECC are used to working to various client specifications for materials, NDE, pressure testing & painting. TSSECC have weld procedures for most materials and dissimilar welds. If we don’t have a procedure we would be happy to qualify one.

Pipe spools can also be supplied as part fabricated spools, with weld completion at site by clients own staff or their on-site sub-contractors. Alternately, TSSECC can undertake on-site installation and completion of site welds by our field team.

TSSECC are happy to supply and control all materials for pipe spools, or to receive and store with up-most care, clients free issue material and other items to be shipped with the spools being fabricated.
